Refund policy

We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision.

a) Buyers need to raise a return request within 7 days from the date of receipt of product in the following below condition.

• The item was defective.
• The item was damaged during Shipping.
• Product(s) was/were missing.
• Wrong item(s) was/were sent by the Seller.
• The item size is not correct.

b) Customer must mail us on info@akkabrands.com with given below details.

1. Image of packing.
2. Image of products.
3. Order Number.
4. Reason for Return.

c) After approval of return by AKKA LUXURY BRAND the product will be picked up by the customer within 2-3 working days.

d) The amount will be refund withing 2-3 working days after the pickup of the product.

Note: The product should be unused and in original and resalable condition. Returns are subject to Brandman Retail Private Limited approval and can be rejected if the product does not meet our return quality standards.
